How to Work With Us

  • Step 1: Schedule a time for your complimentary vacation discovery call. This is just a fancy way of saying that we want to get to know YOU and find out about what your goals are for your trip.

  • Step 2: Someone from our team of dedicated travel agents will reach out to you via your preferred method of communication to find out more about you and your family and details about the type of experience you are looking for from your travel.
  • Step 3: We will use our knowledge and experience to put together a detailed proposal with 2-3 options that meet your needs for the type of experience that you are looking to have (this will seriously save you HOURS of time lost on the internet!)
  • Step 4: Once we have the details just right, we will take care of all of the steps of getting your vacation booked, so all you need to worry about is having fun!
  • Step 5: We aren't going anywhere after your booking is made. We will be sending you emails and reminders to help you keep on track in getting ready for your trip, a copy of your itinerary that you can access via app when you travel, as well as reconfirming all of your reservations just before you go.
